Egyptian diplomat meets with Bosnian Mufti

Egyptian Ambassador to Bosnia and Herzegovina Yasser Atawi met with Mufti of Bosnia and the Balkans Husein Kavazovic to discuss promoting bilateral ties at all levels, said a statement released by the Foreign Ministry on Thursday.
The meeting tackled means of promoting relations and the distinguished relations binding religious institutions of both countries.
Kavazovic hailed as pivotal and important a role played by Al Azhar and Darul Iftaa to spread the moderate teachings of Islam.
