18 takfiri elements arrested in north Sinai

Eighteen Takfiri elements were arrested Monday in North Sinai as part of a security campaign launched in cooperation between security bodies and the Armed Forces, said Assistant Interior Minister for Public Security Major General Sayed Shafiq. In exclusive statements to MENA Monday, Shafiq said that the security forces are currently maintaining coordination with the Armed Forces to continue crackdowns on dangerous terrorist elements.
