London 2012 Olympic organizers announced about 80 percent of seats reserved at venues for sponsors, heads of state and Olympic officials have been filled. The London Organizing Committee for the Olympic Games said attendance for those seats has increased to 80 percent since Monday, The Daily Telegraph reported. "Eighty percent were filled yesterday and it is a very, very different situation to what it looked like on Monday, it is quite successful," LOCOG communications director Jackie Brock-Doyle said. Attendance in the VIP seating increased after Olympic officials reclaimed tickets from organizations that were not using them and resold them to the public. London 2012 organizers said about 75,000 new seats were expected to be for sale.
