Germany's Maria Hoefl-Riesch won the women's super-combined event at the World Ski Championships on Friday. The Olympic champion timed an aggregate of 2min 39.92sec over one downhill and one slalom run to finish 0.46sec ahead of Slovenian Tina Maze, with Austrian Nicole Hosp taking bronze at 1sec.
