Cuban President Raul Castro will attend the funeral of South African anti-apartheid icon Nelson Mandela, state media reported Sunday. "The president of the Council of State and Ministers, Army General Raul Castro Ruz, will head the Cuban delegation to the funeral of historic South African leader Nelson Mandela," said the official statement read on television.
