Tunisian singer Ahmad al-Sharif announced his retirement from the music industry. It was reported Al-Sharif decided to leave the commerce for religious reasons.   Sources said al-Sharif did not tell his manager in Lebanon, Amin Abi Yagi nor any of his close friends about his decision. Ahmed Sharif broke into fame when he was a contestant in LBC’s “Star Academy,” a television music competition.
