The second Hilla power plant has been opened today 17, Nov in the presence of Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki. The ceremony of opening the plant attended by Deputy Prime Minister for Energy Affairs Hussain al-Shahristani and Electricity Minister Karim Aftan. The plant produces 250 megawatts.
