Israeli forces detained a young journalist near Bethlehem early on Sunday after storming his family home. Soldiers broke through the door of the apartment and ransacked the building in al-Ubeidiya village, before detaining Suhayb al-Asaa, 25, who works for Radio Bethlehem 2000, his father said. An Israeli army spokesman said al-Asaa was \"transferred for security questioning.\" Four others were detained by Israeli forces in the West Bank overnight, he said.
