A 75-year-old man in Greece is West Nile Virus\' first victim. The man lived in Athens and was hospitalized last Sunday in the Greek capital in poor health conditions after being infected by the virus, the Newsit website reports. Another two people suffering from encephalitis after they were infected are under observation at another hospital in Athens. The virus is transmitted by \'tiger\' mosquitoes. The reports are worrying residents of the capital where the city administration has not carried out disinfestations against mosquitoes. From: ANASMED
