Italian regions will not be able to meet health-care demands due to austerity measures and other funding cuts, the president of Italy\'s conference of regions said Wednesday. \"The combination of the spending review and austerity measures planned for 2013-2014 amounts to a heavy cut to health care that makes it impossible to meet health requirements,\" said Emilia-Romagna Governor Vasco Errani.
