Regional Director of the World Food Programme (WFP) for Middle East, Central Asia and Eastern Europe, Daly Belgasmi, arrived Wednesday in Sana’a on an official visit to Yemen lasting several days. In a statement to Saba, Belgasmi pointed out that the visit aims at inspecting the projects being implemented by the Programme in Yemen. Belgasmi added that he will discuss ,during the visit,with the government officials ways of boosting the cooperation relations between the two sides and the work on improving the services provided by the programme so as to serve Yemen according to the government priorities.
