Security Authorities in Minya governorate arrested one element of the terrorist organization south of Minya city possessing a home-made bomb during his participation in a march. Minya security director Major General Osama Metwally has received a report that a person named Morsi Mohamed Morsi, who belongs to the terrorist organization arrested red-handed with a homemade bomb. Investigation indicated that he is wanted on charges of incitement violence and demonstrations without a permit.
