They said strong wind was blowing at Istanbul this morning and caused the coal-loaded cargo ship to drown. The cargo ship, Volga-Balt 199, is registered in Saint Kitts and Nevis. It has 11 Ukranians and one Russia, and was carrying coal from Russia to Turkey, added Ihlas.
