An Indonesian war ship, carrying 100 Indonesian soldiers, departed from Jakarta to Lebanon Monday to perform a peace mission in the Middle East country, local press reported. Indonesian Military Commander Admiral Agus Suhartono witnessed the depart of the ship at Tanjung Priok port in Jakarta, Detik online, one of the leading news portal in the country, reported. With its foreign political policy of free and active, Indonesia has frequently taken part in global peace missions under the United Nations coordinated program. The peace mission includes that in Gaza, Congo, Bosnia and other places.
