A 13-year-old Chicago boy has been arrested and charged for allegedly killing his 16-year-old cousin because of an Xbox, authorities said. The suspect is accused of fatally shooting Raymond Galloway while he was sleeping about 5:50 a.m. Sunday after the two got into an argument related to the gaming system, the Chicago Tribune reported. Police said the 13-year-old, who has been charged as a juvenile with first-degree murder, admitted to the crime while his mother was present. It was unclear where the boy got the gun. No adults have been charged in the case.
