Two people were shot to death Friday one day after 14 people died in several attacks in Karachi, Pakistan, officials said. Police said two unidentified men opened fire on Bilial Colony Korangi and Nasir Colony on Friday, killing two people. Meanwhile, police arrested four injured gang members after a fire fight with Ferozabad and Mobina town police, Dawn News reported. The violence comes one day after 14 died and several were injured in attacks throughout Karachi, The News International reported. Police suspect the victims were targeted because they refused to pay an extortion fee or because they were law enforcement. Four law enforcement personnel died in Thursday\'s shootings, including Federal Constabulary officials Mahar Ali and Muhammad Abdul Malik, and Constables Ali Hussain, 35, and one man identified only as Akmal, 32. Police arrested 11 suspects in connection to Thursday\'s shootings, South Asian News Agency reported. Two of those arrested confessed to killing dozens of citizens.
