At least 20 people were feared killed when a tourist boat capsized Sunday near Port Blair in Andaman Islands, India, said local TV CNN-IBN. The boat carrying 43 tourists capsized between Ross Island and North Bay in the Andaman Islands, and rescue operation is still going on, the TV channel quoted police as saying. Andaman Islands is located off the Bay of Bengal and near the Myanmese coast in the east part of Indian Ocean.
