Three people have been killed and 34 others injured in Friday clashes between Egyptian security forces and supporters of ousted president Mohamed Morsi, which broke out across five governorates; Cairo, Giza, Daqahlia, Gharbia, and Qena, Egyptian Ministry of Health announced on Saturday. Eleven of the injured left hospitals following improvement in their condition, while 23 continue to receive treatment, Khalid Al-Khateeb, head of the ministry\'s emergency and intensive care department said in a press statement. He noted that most of the injuries varied between fainting, sunstroke, gashes, fractures, and bruises.
