The death tally of Friday's clashes between Egyptian police and supporters of oust-president Mohammad Morsi went up to three in addition to the injury of a dozen others.In its second press statement today, the Health Ministry said that one fatality was reported in the port City of Alexandria and two in the canal City of Suez.It added that 12 others were injured in the clashes and taken to hospitals for treatment in the governorates of Alexandria, Menya, Suez and Sharqiya.The clashes erupted between the police and Morsi's supporters in several cities across the nations after Friday noon prayers. The Interior Ministry announced the arrest of scores of protesters during Friday clashes.Morsi's supporters have been organizing almost daily protests since he was ousted on July 3 to demand his reinstatement. The rallies often end with clashes when police intervene to disperse the protesters. At least 17 protesters were killed across the country and more than 100 arrested, in the clashes between both sides Last Friday.
