Public prosecution Saturday decided to release three leaders of the Freedom and Justice Party and the Muslim Brotherhood in the death case of Photo-journalist Al-Husseini Abu Deif of Al-Fagr newspaper. FJP leader Ahmed el-Sobeia and MB leaders Ahmed el-Mogheir and Abdel Rahman Ezz were freed due to lack of evidence against them in the case. Abu Deif was killed while covering protests and clashes outside al-Ittihadiya presidential palace in December of last year.
