Authorities at Cairo International Airport deported 33 Africans to their home countries after they tried to sneak into Libya and Italy, an official source said on Friday.

The deportees include 26 Sudanese and seven Nigerians.

The authorities contacted the Sudanese and Nigerian embassies in Cairo before deporting them, the source further said.
