Unidentified masked men burned five parked cars in Fatih district in Istanbul and fled the scene.

The fire caused major material damage to the cars despite the intervention of firefighters.

Security sources, meanwhile, said that there is possibility about the involvement of several members of the Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK), which resort to committing sabotage acts every now and then with the aim of igniting chaos and unrest in Istanbul.
