Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas on Friday received a phone call from Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

The phone call came following a heinous attack by Israeli settlers, in which an 18-month-old toddler was burnt to death.

Netanyahu informed Abbas that he visited the victims of the “terrorist attack” currently placed under intensive care in hospital, WAFA News Agency reported.

For his part, Abbas affirmed the need to counter terrorism, arrest and punish the Israeli settlers behind the terrible crime, which stole the life of an innocent toddler and ruined his entire family.
