Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas said on Friday that the US has not succeeded in outlining a framework agreement to settle the Palestinian-Israeli conflict."Until now the Americans were not able to put forward a framework for ideas despite the exerted efforts were so serious," Abbas told reporters while in Paris following his meeting with French President Francois Holland.Abbas said that he briefed his French counterpart on the efforts made by US president Barack Obama and US Secretary of State John Kerry to make an agreement between Israel and the Palestinians.He voiced appreciation for Holland over support for the Palestinians as well as for the European Union over its support for the National Palestinian Authority.
