Iran’s President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad arrived in the US city of New York on Sunday at the head of a delegation to participate in the 67th session of the United Nations General Assembly. Ahmadinejad is scheduled to address the 67th session of the General Assembly due on Wednesday and elaborate on the Islamic Republic’s stance on key international issues. On the sidelines of the session, he will also hold talks with senior officials from the participating countries, UN figures, heads of regional and global organizations, American university professors and students, religious leaders and Iranian nationals in the US.
