H.H. Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman and Chairman of the Executive Board, today affirmed the importance of the Khalifa Fund for Enterprise Development (KF)'s role in the field of spreading a culture of entrepreneurship and the creation of a suitable environment for citizen entrepreneurs. Sheikh Ammar made his comments after the opening of the forum organised by the Fund at the Kempinski Hotel Ajman, saying that the Khalifa Fund opened broad horizons for citizen entrepreneurs and overcame a lot of difficulties that may be encountered them. He stressed the keenness of the U.A.E. to support youth projects to give a boost to economic development taking place in the state under the wise leadership of President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan. He praised the efforts of the Khalifa Fund in the Emirate of Ajman, both in terms of providing financial services and financing for entrepreneurs who want to establish their projects within the Emirate, or in terms of spreading the culture of entrepreneurship and encourage the various sectors of society to adopt the concepts of creativity, excellence and innovation as a daily method and conduct in the field of business. He pointed out that the Government of Ajman provided a package of exemptions and facilities for projects that fall under the umbrella of the fund in a bid to strengthen the business environment in the emirate. Sheikh Rashid bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Chairman of Ajman Municipality and Planning also attended the forum.
