Grand Imam of Al Azhar Dr Ahmed El-Tayeb warned on Wednesday all Egyptians against violence and oppressing opposition members and asked them to save blood. In a statement El-Tayeb warned against bloodshed and called on wise people to assume responsibility in preventing killing and respecting Islamic laws that forbid spilling innocent blood. He also called on people to work hard to solve their problems peacefully.
