Sudanese President Omar al-Bashir on Thursday met with UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon on the sidelines of the Non-Aligned Movement, currently held in Tehran. The meeting discussed the means of implementing UN Resolution 2046, the outstanding issues between Sudan and South Sudan, and South Sudan’s ongoing violations, in addition to the dispute over the dispute over the African Union’s new map, Sudanese Foreign Minister Ali Karti told Sudanese SUNA news agency.
