Speaker of the Representatives Council Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Dhahrani today sent a congratulatory cable to his Italian counterpart Laura Boldrini marking her election as Speaker of the Italian Chamber of Deputies. Al Dhahrani said that the election reflected the confidence of the members of the Italian Chamber of Deputies in Bolderini, wishing her every success in performing her duties in a way that serves the existing friendly ties in all fields. He also stressed the importance of enhancing legislative, legal and economic cooperation between the two countries.
