Iraqi Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki discussed Monday the latest regional and Iraqi political affairs with Assistant Secretary of State for Near Eastern Affairs Elizabeth Jones. A senior Iraqi official told Qatar News Agency (QNA) that the two sides also discussed the latest Syrian affairs, in addition to the previous issues.
