Upon recommendations of the Minister of National Guard, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, King of the Kingdom of Saudi Araba, has ordered the appointment of Abdulmohsen bin Abdulaziz Al-Tuwaijri as deputy to the Minister of National Guard in the rank of minister, it was reported here today. A royal order issued by the Royal Court instructed the concerned authorities to carry out this order with immediate effect.
