The Arab League (AL) urged a new that law should be applied to Israel, calling for punishing the Israeli occupation over killing US activist Rachel Corrie.
This remark came in a statement issued by the Palestine and the Arab occupied territories sector on Thursday on the occasion of the passage of 12 years since the killing of the activist.
This crime of killing the activist by an Israeli bulldozer hurt the feeling of the Palestinian and Arab nations, the statement read.
Corrie was a model of respecting the other and defending justice, it added.
