Albanian police seized 12.3 kg of marijuana in Kakavija, south east of Albania while checking a car on Sunday.
The drugs were found inside a car with plates AA352JE owned by 33-year-old Albanian citizen Elton Cako from Fier. Police found the drugs under the seats. They found nine packages containing a total of 12.3 kg of marijuana, as Albanian Daily News reported.
The police arrested the driver immediately, considering him as the person who wanted to traffic the narcotics outside Albania.
