Algeria confirmed supporting Yemeni unity and stability against different threats and supporting the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) member states’ sponsored initiative for Yemen and its closely related executive mechanism. The stance has been announced in a joint statement made here today, as the Yemeni Premier Mohammed Salem Basendwah, concluded a several-day official visit to Algeria.
