Algeria’s Minister Delegate for Maghreb and African Affairs Abdelkader Messahel held talks here on Wednesday with Mali’s Foreign Minister Tieman Hubert Coulibaly, who started a single-day visit to Algeria earlier today. As he arrived in Algiers, Coulibaly said the visit aims to discuss and boost bilateral cooperation between the two countries, and review issues related to international peace and security.
