Algerian President Abdelaziz Bouteflika met here today with former South African President, the African Union chief mediator and head of the High Level panel of the United Nations Thabo Mbeki who is currently visiting Algeria. The meeting discussed cooperation relations between both sides and ways of enhancing them in addition to issues of mutual interest. Mbeki had earlier met with Algerian Foreign Minister Mourad Medelci, and they discussed bilateral cooperation and issues of common interest.
