Prime Minister Abdelmalek Sellal started Tuesday a working and inspection visit to the province of Mascara, with the launch of a drinking water project to supply 11 communes in the province from the desalination plant of El Mactaa (Oran), through Mostaganem-Arzew-Oran corridor.
