All the hostages taken at the Volgo-Kaspiisky college in Astrakhan have been set free, regional police spokesman Pyotr Rusanov told Itar-Tass. \"Special task force fighters freed all the hostages. They are safe and sound. The hostage-taker is being interrogated,\" Rusanov said.
