Participants in a conference discussing the establishment of an Arab Human Rights Tribunal recommended Tuesday referring their report to the Arab foreign ministers\' meeting ahead of submitting it to next month\'s Arab summit in Qatar. The conferees, who concluded deliberations earlier today, assigned a high-ranking committee comprising law experts to draw the statute and protocol of the Arab Human Rights Tribunal. They called on Arab countries to ratify the Arab Human Rights Charter. The conferees welcomed King Hamad bin Isa Al-Khalifa of Bahrain for initiating the launch of the Arab Human Rights Tribunal.
