Arab foreign ministers have called on the United Nations Security Council to lift an arms embargo on the Libyan army so it can counter terror groups.
During an Arab League meeting here on Monday, the ministers voiced their deep concern over the escalating violence in Libya, calling on the international community to shoulder its responsibility and help the country before it slips into total chaos.
