Arab League (AL) Secretary General Nabil el Araby met Friday with Russian President Vladimir Putin's special envoy to the Middle East and North Africa Mikhail Bogdanov to the discuss the latest regional developments.

The meeting tackled the latest developments in Syria, international and regional efforts to reach a solution to the Syrian crisis, and the consultations Moscow held with different sides concerned.

Also, they discussed the latest developments regarding the Palestinian cause, Yemen, and Libya.

Araby expressed AL support for all diplomatic efforts aimed at reaching peaceful solutions to the three crises, asserting that the international community should assume its responsibility in ensuring regional stability.
