Arab League Secretary General Nabil el Araby held discussions on Saturday with UN Special Envoy to Syria Staffan de Mistura, who is currently visiting Egypt.

The talks tackled the latest conditions in Syria along with the ongoing regional and international efforts in order to reach a political settlement to the Syrian crisis.

The meeting also took up the humanitarian conditions for the Syrian refugees.
