A high-powered Arab League delegation led by Assistant Secretary General Ambassador Ahmed bin Helli will leave tomorrow for Baghdad to take part in a conference of the revitalizing of the Arab parliament statute , due to open there on Tuesday. The conference was approved by the 23rd Baghdad Arab Summit in March 2012. Iraq\'s Permanent Representative to the Arab League Qais Al-Izzawi said the conference will discuss means off benefiting from the German, Swiss and Belgian parliamentary experiences and how they moved from advisory bodies to become effective legislative and control authorities.
