Arab League

The Arab League renewed Wednesday its condemnation of all Israeli official and non-official violations against Al Aqsa Mosque and Muslims.

In a statement by the AL on the 46th anniversary of setting the Mosque on fire, the Arab League described the incident as a "heinous crime".

The Statement called on the international community to comply with its commitments with regard to the occupied Al Quds city, and not to neglect it due to current Arab developments.

What happens in Al Quds is a dangerous matter that necessitates Arab organizations to exercise more pressure on Israel to halt its attacks against the holy city, the statement read.

Israeli crimes against Al Aqsa Mosque continues on a daily bases through storming of the Mosque, whether by the Israeli army or by extremist members of religious groups and parties, as well as settlers, the statement noted.
