Arab League (AL) Assistant Secretary General for Arab National Security Samir al Qasir, stressed the importance of coordination between the league and the United Nations to deal with the dangerous challenges in the Middle East.
Addressing a delegation of the UN peace-keeping operations under Ramos Jose-Horta, Qasir said such crises, which started from the Arab-Israeli conflict extended to the problems in Somalia, Syria, Libya, Iraq and Yemen, had bad impact on regional and international peace and security.
