A 31-year-old Palestinian was shot and injured during confrontations that erupted between Israeli army and Palestinians in the village of Taquo, east of Bethlehem, according to Medical sources.Director of the Red Crescent in Bethlehem, Mohammad Awad said Khalaf Abu Mefarreh, 31, was shot in the foot with a live bullet during clashes that erupted in the vicinity of a school. He was given first aid at the scene and later transferred to hospital for treatment where his condition was described as stable.
