Muslim Brotherhood leader Mohamed Badie chaired on Wednesday a meeting of the group\'s Guidance Office. Spokesman Ahmed Aref told MENA that the meeting tackled a campaign to rebuild Egypt as well as a raft of issues on domestic and external levels. \"Press releases are only issued in case of issuing decisions by the office\", Aref said. The meeting was attended by deputy leaders Khairat el-Shater and Mahmoud Ezzat along with other members.
