Bahrain and Morocco have today signed a memorandum of cooperation to promote training and vocational development programmes. Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Ghanim bin Fadhl Al-Bouainain sealed the deal with Delegate-Minister for Public Service and the Modernization of the Administration Mohammed Mabdea. Mr. Al-Bouainain stressed Bahrain's keenness on exchanging expertise and building bridges of cooperation. He underscored the importance of the agreement in promoting public service and developing human resources.
