Bahrain Defence Force (BDF) Chief of Staff Lieutenant-General Dheyab bin Saqr Al-Nuaimi welcomed US Army General Martin Dempsey, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, and the accompanying delegation, as he arrived this evening at Bahrain International Airport on an official visit to the Kingdom of Bahrain.
Present were BDF Assistant Chief of Staff for Operations Brigadier-General Ghanim bin Ibrahim Al-Fadhala and other senior BDF officers. US Ambassador William Roebuck, Deputy Commander, U.S. Naval Forces Central CommandRear Admiral James T. Loeblein and Military Attaché at the US Embassy in Bahrain Colonel Scott Rizer were also present.
