His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa today received a letter of congratulations from the Interior Minister Lieutenant-General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdulla Al Khalifa marking the 13th Anniversary of the National Action Charter (NAC).Shaikh Rashid extended sincere congratulations to HM the King on such a dear national occasion.He said that the National Action Charter reflected Bahraini people's aspirations for a secure and prosperous life and an advanced democratic experience, in line with HM the King's visions.He added that the national consensus, reflected in sweeping majority of citizens who endorsed the National Action Charter, was a milestone in the kingdom's modern history that affirmed the Royal resolve to lay the basis for a modern state in which the principles of popular participation, equal opportunities, justice, equality and protection of rights and liberties were guaranteed.He wished HM the King continuous good health and happiness and Bahrain further security and prosperity, under HM's wise leadership.
